Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- We reserve the right to delay processing during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances
2. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated
- All prices are listed in NZD
- Wholesale pricing does not include shipping unless specified
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed
- BarberHubNZ is not responsible for courier delays or delivery disruptions beyond our control
4. Risk & Responsibility
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout
- BarberHubNZ is not liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Email szbsa_2010@hotmail.com
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
6. Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
7. International Shipping
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges
- BarberHubNZ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
