Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • We reserve the right to delay processing during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated
  • All prices are listed in NZD
  • Wholesale pricing does not include shipping unless specified

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed
  • BarberHubNZ is not responsible for courier delays or delivery disruptions beyond our control

4. Risk & Responsibility

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout
  • BarberHubNZ is not liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email szbsa_2010@hotmail.com
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

6. Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

7. International Shipping 

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges
  • BarberHubNZ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
