BarberHubNZ – Wholesale Supplier of Immortal NYC Products
BarberHubNZ is a wholesale distributor of Immortal NYC professional barber and hair products. Due to the nature of these products and strict hygiene standards, all wholesale sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any of the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Unsold, excess, or unwanted stock
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Exceptions – Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Exceptions may be considered only if an item is:
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrectly supplied
- Defective upon arrival
To request a review:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

- Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item(s) and packaging
If approved, BarberHubNZ may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Important Conditions
- Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
